Hawk Medical was founded on a straightforward premise: the products we distribute should be products we believe in enough to use in our own clinical practice — and every partner relationship we build should be grounded in compliance, not just convenience.
National distribution of FDA-regulated regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, and advanced wound care products — with the compliance framework and practice support built in from day one.
Our Mission
Most medical distributors represent whatever sells. They find a product with a strong margin, build a pitch around it, and move on when something better comes along. The physician on the other end of that relationship has no way of knowing whether the distributor actually believes in the product — or just needs to make quota.
Hawk Medical was built as a different kind of relationship.
We distribute products we have personally evaluated and chosen to use in an active regenerative medicine and wound care practice. That means when we recommend a product to a physician partner, we're not recommending something we read about in a brochure. We're recommending something that has been through our own practice's vetting process — clinical evaluation, compliance review, patient experience, reimbursement landscape — before it was ever added to our portfolio.
That standard doesn't make us the biggest distributor in the market. It makes us the most accountable one.
Every product in our portfolio operates under the appropriate FDA regulatory pathway. Compliance isn't an afterthought — it's the first filter every product passes before we represent it.
The products we distribute are used in an active regenerative medicine and wound care practice. Real-world performance matters as much as published clinical data.
We do not represent products we would not use on patients in our own practice. That single standard defines every manufacturer relationship we hold.
Our Founder
Joe Bradley founded Hawk Medical in 2014 with a single operational principle: distribute only what you believe in enough to use yourself.
That principle is more than a tagline. As Co-Owner of an active regenerative medicine and wound care clinic in the Midwest, Joe operates on both sides of the distribution relationship every week. The products Hawk Medical represents are the same products being used in patient care at that practice. That dual positioning gives Hawk Medical something most distributors can't offer: a perspective that goes beyond traditional medical sales — real-world insights, proven implementation strategies, and genuine operational credibility.
With more than 10 years of experience in medical distribution, Joe has built Hawk Medical's portfolio by applying the same scrutiny to manufacturer partnerships that a physician applies to treatment selection — evaluating FDA regulatory pathway, clinical and regulatory record, reimbursement landscape, and real-world practice integration before any product enters the portfolio.
The result is a consultative distribution partner that physician practices can trust not just to deliver product, but to help them implement it compliantly, bill for it correctly, and integrate it in a way that actually improves patient outcomes.

Our Network
Hawk Medical is intentionally lean. We don't add products to grow the catalog — we add them when they meet our compliance and clinical standards. That means our manufacturer partners are partners in the genuine sense: vetted, evaluated, and chosen because the products they make are ones we stand behind in practice.
Our distribution network draws on relationships with leading manufacturers across orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, and wound care — each selected through a product evaluation process grounded in FDA regulatory review, published clinical evidence, and real-world application at an active clinical practice.
Every manufacturer in our portfolio has been evaluated for regulatory compliance, product quality, clinical evidence, and reimbursement landscape. We don't add manufacturers because they have a strong margin — we add them because their products meet our standard.
Product performance is evaluated in the context of an active regenerative medicine and wound care practice — giving us real-world insight into workflow integration, patient experience, and clinical outcomes that goes beyond what a product brochure can provide.
Our manufacturer relationships include access to MAC-aligned documentation frameworks, LCD education resources, coding support, and audit preparedness guidance — built into the distribution relationship, not sold separately.
Hawk Medical serves physician partners across the country, with distribution logistics and compliance support frameworks that operate consistently regardless of MAC jurisdiction or geographic market.
Our Standards
Physician partners deserve to know why a product is in our portfolio — not just what it does. Here is the standard every product must meet before Hawk Medical represents it.
Every product in our portfolio operates under the appropriate FDA regulatory pathway for its product type — 510(k) clearance, FDA approval, HCT/P 361 regulation under 21 CFR Part 1271, or autologous device clearance. We do not represent products operating in regulatory gray areas.
We evaluate the available clinical record and regulatory history for every product before adding it to our portfolio. That includes peer-reviewed studies where they exist, FDA submission data, real-world outcome data, and manufacturer-supplied clinical documentation — assessed honestly, not selectively.
We evaluate the reimbursement landscape for every product before recommending it to a physician practice — including CMS coverage status, MAC jurisdiction alignment, LCD requirements, and applicable CPT codes. Products with unsustainable or non-existent reimbursement pathways are not added without full transparency to the physician about cash-pay program requirements.
A product that works in a lab setting but creates workflow problems in a clinical practice is not a good distribution partner product. We evaluate how each product integrates into a real practice workflow — staffing requirements, scheduling impact, patient experience, and SOP development — before we represent it.
We do not represent products we would not use on patients in our own practice. That is not marketing language. It is the operational standard that has guided every product decision since Hawk Medical was founded in 2014.
If you're evaluating regenerative medicine or wound care products for your practice, let's have a real conversation — not a product pitch. We bring real-world insights and proven strategies to help healthcare providers successfully implement these solutions, optimize patient outcomes, and build programs that hold up under compliance scrutiny.
Not a sales call. A conversation with a fellow practice owner.
